Spaghetti House Restaurant

I have never left a review for anything so first time and I’m sorry it can’t be positive. My partner and I came in for a meal and we walked in happy spirits as we usually are - It was about 5pm and I asked the lady at front of the house, hello, what time do you guys open for dinner? (The restaurant was empty, so wasn’t sure they were open yet) She looked at me with a cold expression on her face and said “do you have a reservation? ” So basically answered my question, with a question! No I don’t have a reservation (hence why I’m asking what time you open) she then replies you don’t need one anyway and takes us to a table. Pretty much seemed like being rude for no apparent reason. We bought a meal for takeaway and left that place as fast as possible. The vibe while waiting for our meal wasn’t nice either, it seemed we were unwanted and very un invited. We were left feeling unhappy and confused as to why she was rude for no reason. We are such happy people it was just a disappointment to our evening. A prime example on how to NOT conduct customer service

After 5 years this place still is a must go too. Food fabulous staff friendly and pretty fast. Will be revisiting and great position sizes at a realistic price.

Good food (with good variety on the menu), clean comfortable surroundings, very nice staff, with timely service of each course. Reasonably priced. Our party of 7 had an excellent evening and happily recommend this restaurant.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a 1 star for anything! I ordered the Prawn and Crab Ravioli and I was really looking forward to this.

What I was given I cannot believe, 3 huge Raviolis, each contained 1 prawn and as for the Crab, well this turned out to be seafood sticks that had been minced up inside, the pasta was homemade and way to think, this was not fully cooked through either.

When I told the waitress it was not good I didn’t even get an apology. I ordered a bruschetta as I hardly touched the pasta dish; equally as terrible, appeared as a pizza base and chopped tomatoes.

AVOID is my honest review.

Extremely great pizza! The spaghetti Bolognas was good too.
Only the arancini was not hot enough / cooked through?
Would go back for the pizza without a doubt

First trip this week the steak and bacon salad was the best I had ever had. Tonight same order was worst I've ever had. Cold chewy steak over lettuce and little else. The others in our group had nice meals and the staff are lovely.
I will order something else next time.

I have never given a restaurant takeaway a one star before and the one star was for quick service which is reflected in the pizza. That has to be the saddest meatlovers $23 dollar pizza I have ever purchased. Will leave it at that.

Great meals, lovely staff, fairly traditional western restaurant rather than Island style. We'll go back.

Ordered the Spaghetti Marinara and the Rolando's (Supreme) Pizza on regular crust. The pasta was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. The sauce was on par with the sauce you get in a canned tin of spaghetti. The seafood was not very fresh and the crab meat they used was fake crab sheets that must have been old as they were extremely soft. The pizza was average at best. I would rate a frozen McCain's pizza over there's. I read the reviews for this restaurant and find it extremely surprising that some people rate it. If you think this is good Italian Cuisine then you have never eaten Italian food. The only good thing was that they did not charge for the dish they call Spaghetti Marinara which by the way came recommended as a great dish by one of the waitresses. Never go here people!

I'm a huge pizza lover and have had pizza from every country/city I've traveled to and no pizza I've had has compared to the 4 cheese pizza I had here. I visited flavor town omg! Even 10x better than pizza in Chicago. Do yourself a favor and go here.

Great value for money and huge portions, however my chicken caprese was extremely tough and dry. First time I ever ordered chicken and didn't enjoy it

Very average food. Lots of staff working to turn the tables over very quickly. All felt we were rushed. The rib eye with pepper sauce was sinewy and tasteless. Hardly a good quality rib eye. Disappointed overall.

The food was great and the value was reasonable considering prices at other similar restaurants nearby. It is also fun to draw on the paper table mats. Plenty of friendly staff.

Great food for a slightly higher price however the steak with mushrooms was delicious. The one lost star - dont order a pizza there.even if it has italian name, but the pizza is far from italian)

Just had one of the worst meals I've ever experienced. In fact 1 star is too much.
Greasy cabonara.pizza was shocking, bought base.we all feel sick.
Over priced rubbish.
Didn't bother complaining.we all just want to go home and have a proper meal.
Anyone who has given this place a great review have never eaten proper Italian food.

Delicious food and lovely staff. They were very attentive and welcoming. A very well set out little restaurant. Spaghetti House is well worth a visit.

Staff are very friendly, and the gluten free pizza bases are delicious! Spaghetti House was a very convenient place to eat when staying at the Edgewater, and did not disappoint at all. I'd return for a pizza even if I was staying elsewhere.

We ate here twice as the food was so delicious and very reasonably priced. I had the fish both times and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Situated at the entranceway of the Edgewater Resort.
